# Privacy and data protection policy

### Purpose
Manage your endorsement of the manifesto for secularism and, where appropriate, publish your name on the public list of signatories.

### Legal basis
Art. 6.1.a GDPR: Consent of the data subject. You can withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of previous processing.

### Processed data
Name, email and optional text. If you check the publication box, the name will be publicly visible on the website.

### Retention
Data will be kept while the endorsement is active. Once withdrawn, they will be deleted within a maximum period of 30 days, unless legally required to do so.

### Recipients
Data will not be transferred to third parties, unless legally required. The website uses Cloudflare hosting services.
